Friday
Morning (10am-12pm)
Sleep in. You'll need the rest. Grab a light breakfast — don't fill up, brunch awaits. If you're up early, catch the Dubai Frame or visit the spice souk before it gets too hot.
Afternoon (12:30pm-4pm)
Friday Brunch. This is the main event. Book ahead at Saffron (Atlantis), Bubbalicious (Westin), or La Petite Maison (DIFC). Pace yourself — unlimited food and drinks for 3+ hours. Many brunches have pool access or after-parties.
Evening (7pm-late)
Recover with a nap, then hit the town. Start with sundowners at a rooftop bar (CÉ LA VI, Level 43). Move to dinner, then drinks in DIFC (Zuma, Iris). End at a club if you have the energy (White, Soho Garden).
Saturday
Morning (10am-12pm)
Recovery breakfast. Something light at a cafe, or room service if you're feeling fragile. Hydrate heavily.
Afternoon (12pm-6pm)
Beach Club Day. Book a sunbed at Nikki Beach (Palm), Zero Gravity (Marina), or Azure (Rixos). Swim, tan, eat, repeat. Most have DJs by afternoon. This is peak Dubai lifestyle.
Evening (7pm-late)
Sunset drinks at the beach club, then dinner in Dubai Marina (Asia Asia, Pier 7). Walk along Marina Walk. End with cocktails at a hotel bar or a more mellow night in JBR.
Sunday
Morning (10am-1pm)
Proper breakfast or brunch (non-party style). Try Tom & Serg (Al Quoz), or Arabian Tea House (Al Fahidi) for traditional Emirati breakfast.
Afternoon (2pm-6pm)
Cultural time. Visit Burj Khalifa observation deck, Dubai Mall aquarium, or explore the historic Al Fahidi district. This is your Instagram moment.
Evening
Early dinner with a view (At.mosphere at Burj Khalifa if you want to splurge). Watch the Dubai Fountain show from below. Early night — tomorrow is Monday.
